Carolina (55-33-6) has lost the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals after their 5-0 loss in Game Two on Thursday. The Hurricanes have played 8 of their last 13 games Over the Total after losing two games in a row. They have also played 6 of their last 10 games on the road Over the Total against teams who are winning 51-60% of their games. Florida (57-35-4) has played 6 straight Game Threes in a playoff series Over the Total. The Panthers have taken the first two games of this series in blowout fashion but I look for the Hurricanes to finally offer some resistance in Game 3 on Saturday. Needless to say, this is virtually a must-win situation for the Canes as they look to avoid an 0-3 series hole against the defending Stanley Cup champions. Note that Carolina has now lost consecutive games for the first time in these playoffs. Florida checks in off three straight wins. It hasn't posted four wins in a row since a six-game winning streak way back in late February-early March. On the injury front, the Panthers lost Sam Reinhart to a lower-body injury in Game 2 and it's doubtful he'll be able to return on Saturday. Seth Jarvis suffered an injury for the Canes but it sounds like he will be able to play on Saturday. Look for a tightly-contested affair on Saturday in Sunrise. Take Carolina +1.5 goals.

The MLS Soccer comp play is on Minnesota at 8:30 eastern. The United are in top form and have won 4 of the last 5. Thunder -2.5

Oklahoma City is worth a move as they look to take a commanding 3-0 lead. The first two games of this series were really non competitive as they just have dominated the Timberwolves on both ends of the floor. Minnesota hasn’t had an answer for this defense and they’re going to struggle once again. Look for the Thunder to frustrate the outside shooters and not allow any open shooting lanes.
