It’s March Madness time again! Here are my predictions for the four regions of the 2015 NCAA College Basketball Championship Tournament. Let the dance begin!

Midwest Region

The Midwest Region is probably to easiest route to the Final Four. Undefeated Kentucky (34-0) is the #1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament, and is seeking to become the first undefeated national champion since the 1975-76 Indiana Hoosiers, who finished 32-0. I have Kentucky facing #3 seed Notre Dame (29-5) in the Elite 8 game, before advancing. I see #7 Wichita State (28-4) dispatching #2 Kansas (26-8) back in the Round of 32. #4 Maryland (27-6), #5 West Virginia (23-9), and #6 Butler (22-10) are all threats, however!

West Region

The West Region has my lowest seeded team advancing to the Final Four, as well as the most upsets. I am picking the #4 seed North Carolina (24-11) to make it through to the Final Four, after taking out #1 seed Wisconsin (31-3) in the Sweet 16, and #7 VCU (26-9) in the Elite 8. I have #2 seed Arizona (31-3) bowing out to VCU in the Round of 2. I also see #6 seed Xavier (21-13) knocking out #3 seed Baylor (24-9). However, don’t be surprised if #8 seed Oregon (25-9) gives Wisconsin all it can handle, and maybe a little more!

East Region

#1 seed Villanova (32-2) is well deserving of its ranking, and I have them making it through to the Final Four. Villanova has quietly been dominating its opponents this season without nearly the attention of the other #1 and #2 seeds in the Tournament. This bracket is also the cleanest; with the exception of #6 seed Providence (22-11) upsetting #3 seed Oklahoma (22-10), I don’t have any lower seeds beating any higher ranked seeds, including Villanova defeating #2 seed Virginia (29-3) to advance.

South Region

#1 seed Duke (29-4) makes it through to the Elite 8 before being knocked off by #3 seed Iowa State (25-8), who advances to the Final Four. Not too much upset potential exists in this bracket, other than #9 seed St. John’s (21-11) taking out #8 seed San Diego State (26-8) and Iowa State defeating #2 Gonzaga (32-2). I have #4 seed Georgetown (21-10) advancing over #5 seed Utah (24-8), but that game could easily go the other way.
